An HP laptop could handle CSS but probably not TF2. I would recommend something from Acer.

UHHH Its not the brand really, but what is inside it….

I am pretty sure the cutline for smoothly running tf2 would be the 5650HD gpu… for ati

    and the 9800 for nvidia…

I have an HP Envy 17 with a 5850 and can run most games decently

Most laptops nowadays use 5650HD.. you can get these for a good 600-800 USD all of these would work well with tf2 and css… most laptops can play css well, COD BO can be run smoothly on low-med settings with the 5650… I think…
